There is increasing market demand for an oil with the new American API CK-4 specification as well as with the new Volvo VDS-4.5 specification. The API CK-4 specification surpasses the performance criteria of API CH-4, CI-4, CI-4 Plus and CJ-4, and can also be used where these specifications are prescribed. The Volvo VDS-4.5 specification is closely linked to this API CK-4. The VDS-4.5 is backwards compatible with older Volvo specifications such as VDS-4 and VDS-3. Maxol Lubricants is adding a new engine oil to its range with the API CK-4 as well as the Volvo VDS-4.5 specification. The new product will be called TOR TRUCK FLEET LSP 10W/30.
