From Monday, 4th of December until Sunday, 17th of December 2023 Maxol will be running Bag’Em gam on the Maxol Loyalty App. App members will have the chance to win a prize everyday over the 2 weeks.
This promotion is open from 04.12.2023 to 23:59 on the 17.12.2023 to Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
Responsibility is not accepted for game attempts lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
Bag’Em is a game for app users to play where they must catch as many products as they can by moving a shopping basket with their finger before the time runs out! All the products they catch add up to points and may result in them winning a free product.
App members can play the game once a day to try and win a free item to their rewards section to redeem in-store. App users can only win once a day. If the player does not win they will be awarded a free gold star.
Prizes to be won include: Maxol Still Water 500ml, Keogh’s Sharing Bag Range 125g, Flahavan’s Quick Oats Pot, Monster Energy and Ultra Range 500ml, Pot Noodle Range 90g, Cadbury Sharing Pouch Bag, Wrigley's Chewing Gum Bottle 60 Piece and Tayto Crisps 37g. Customers will have one week to redeem each free item.
Bag’Em will run from 04.12.2023 to 23:59 on the 17.12.2023.
If a player wins, their free item will be sent to the rewards section of their app. They must then redeem their free item in a participating Maxol store. They will have one week to redeem their free item. Please find a list of participating Maxol stores here.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize.
It is the winner’s responsibility to redeem their free item within one week of winning it, to fulfil the Prize and the Promoter accepts no liability for any inaccuracies in the information passed to it by the winner.
Prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material both on and offline.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
If a winner is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded.
