NEW LOOK FOR LIMERICK’S MAXOL DOORADOYLE AFTER €1M INVESTMENT

Maxol Dooradoyle, located on St Nessan’s Road, Co Limerick has recently undergone a substantial investment of almost €1 million which has seen a range of upgrades and great new features, including the transformation of the site’s food offering, new seating, more parking and the addition of Maxol’s new premium fuel range.

The latest investment, which is part of the Maxol Group’s national multi-million Euro investment plan across its network, brings an improved service amenity to the community of Dooradoyle, along with visitors to the modern suburb and commuters or those passing through the area and has resulted in the creation of two new jobs.

The investment includes an upgrade to the Maxol Deli and the introduction of a new Mexican food offering – Taste of Mexi-Co, which will give customers a wide choice of freshly made sandwiches and tasty burritos from early morning to evening every day. Also, a new ice-cream brand, N’ice Cream has been launched, offering customers six delicious flavours in a cone or tub.  The ice cream is made with real Irish cream and is sure to be a big hit with both old and young customers. The refit also includes an extension of the building, resulting in a spacious shop floor with an increased off-licence area, seating for 41 customers, upgraded restrooms, free customer WIFI and ATM in-store. The investment also includes a new car wash facility, contactless payment at the services area and twelve additional car parking spaces.

Licensee of Maxol Dooradoyle, Kieran O’Shea commented, “We are very excited to welcome our customers into our newly improved store and forecourt, many of whom are very loyal to us and are like family. Despite recent challenging months, we consider ourselves lucky to be in a position where we can provide an enhanced customer offering with our new premium fuels range, new and exciting food options and a new seating area, which will of course be carefully managed to abide by social distancing rules.”

The transformation is part of The Maxol Group’s national multi-million Euro investment plan across its network. This year seven sites will be fully refurbished to the latest Maxol forecourt and in store design. Speaking of the company’s latest investment, John Hadnett, Regional Manager for Maxol said; “It’s wonderful to see the team welcome customers to the newly upgraded Maxol Dooradoyle, I’m thrilled for Kieran who does such a fantastic job running the site. As a family owned company, Maxol strives to be open to new ways of expanding services in its retail design and fresh food options. I’m very pleased to be here today as we bring our latest innovations to the community of Dooradoyle in Limerick.”
