Torex Business Solutions, the integrated finance, procurement and e-business solutions provider continues to advance its position as a leading provider of financial management, sales order processing and distribution systems after winning a new contract at Maxol Limited in the Republic of Ireland and Maxol Oil Limited in Northern Ireland.

Maxol decided on an on-line system comprising the appropriate modules from Integra e-Financials which will be fully integrated with the sales order processing and distribution modules specifically developed by Torex to Maxol’s requirements.

Torex are providing a total business solution which includes the provision of the application software and the associated hardware and communication components, including installation, implementation, training and on-going support services.

The Torex system is an integrated accounting and distribution system which is built on proven, industry-standard client/server architecture and java-based front-end web screens. Featuring a familiar Windows interface, the system eliminates the duplication of financial data, reduces reliance on paper-based records and encourages direct data input, work flow and online authorisation.

Maxol will run Integra with sales order processing and distribution, sales ledger, cash management, purchase ledger, general ledger and fixed assets; including a number of third party interface programs.
