Nominations Made forMaxol Employee of the Year Award

NOMINATIONS MADE FOR MAXOL EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Maxol Oil has announced the nominations for its coveted Maxol Employee of the Year Award.

The award seeks to identify and train members of the Maxol retail network of filling stations who have the necessary skills and ability for future career progression. The scheme which was first introduced in 2000 rewards and promotes excellence in retail standards and customer care throughout its network of service stations.

Brian Donaldson, General Manager Marketing and Retail, Maxol Group, said:" This award scheme recognises those staff who excel in providing customers with a professional service. Maxol's continued support and investment in their training will enable them to reach their full potential in their chosen careers."

Staff members took part in a special training day in which they were taught business planning and management skills. The employee of the year will be announced in April 2002 with the winner receiving £500.
