Maxol Group and Central Fuels Join Forces
The Maxol Group has made it's second major move in the Northern Ireland domestic heating oil market in as many months through the acquisition of Central Fuels Limited in Ballymena.
This further reinforces the Group’s ongoing commitment to offering customers the best service and quality in the industry.
Central Fuels has been a Maxol Authorised Distributor for over thirty years and will continue to distribute the quality range of products supplied by Maxol under the name of Central Fuels Maxol Direct. All contact details are unchanged with Reid Burnett, Managing Director of the former Central Fuels Ltd, remaining with the company. He commented, "I am delighted to be continuing my association with Maxol and in playing an ongoing part in the further development of the Maxol business in the Ballymena area."
Jack Burnett established the family fuel business 50 years ago, distributing throughout the Ballymena area where the family are all well known and respected.
The new Company will be managed by Connors Maxol Direct from their Head Office located at Mallusk.

Central Fuels Maxol Direct will continue to supply Maxol product with whom they have had a long-established and excellent trading relationship and which the Maxol Group now look forward to further developing.
