Reporting to our Head of Retail Development, the Food Concepts Executive will be a food hero with their finger on the pulse of the latest food trends.
Working closely with our retailers and alliance partners, you will develop our already successful Moreish fresh food offering and introduce new food concepts.
Location
The role will be based at The Maxol Group Head Office, IFSC, Dublin 1, and will require extensive travel throughout Ireland.

Qualifications/Experience

Previous experience in a fast moving food service /retail environment in a multi- site organisation is essential.

Experience developing systems to achieve consistent standards of operation and implementation at site level.

Ability to develop and bring new products to market.

Strong financial awareness with the ability to understand and influence key costs and margins.

A clean, full driving license essential.
Managing Relationships

Excellent communication and influencing skills to build cross functional relationships.
