Since its launch in late 2011, the MAXOL MACE brand has so far been rolled out to over 20 stores across the country.

Ruaidhri O'Hare, said, "We are delighted to have received this award as we've put a lot of time, effort and investment into making our Deli offering best in class, with a particular emphasis on providing quality food-to-go for our local customers. Every year the competition intensifies so it means even more to be selected from amongst hundreds of our peers right across the country."
Brian Donaldson, Chief Operating Officer, The Maxol Group, commented "Pat, Oonagh, Ruaidhri and all of their staff are to be congratulated on winning this prestigious award. This is down to their hard work and passion in delivering a quality and exciting food range within their deli, which for any years has created a real destination for customers at MAXOL MACE Wilton. It is always very welcome to be recognised by your industry and even more so when good news is hard to find in today's challenging retail environment. We are truly delighted for the O'Hare family who really are 'at the heart of it' in their community in Cork.
Managing Director of BWG Foods (owners and operators of the MACE brand in Ireland) Willie O'Byrne said: "Ireland's reputation for quality fresh food is flourishing at the moment and we are excited to be part of this movement towards creating a world leading 'food island'. At both a local and national level, this award also provides evidence of the success of our exclusive partnership with Maxol, with retailers and customers benefitting from our combined effort to keep pushing the boundaries of forecourt retailing."
MAXOL MACE Wilton was redeveloped in 2011 and today offers a modern forecourt with pay at pump facilities along with drive-thru car wash and 100 sq. metre MAXOL MACE convenience store.
