Reporting to our Head of Retail & Marketing, the Retail Regional Manager will have a talent for building relationships with our national network of licensee partners and deepening our community ties.
Supporting our retail licensee partners and assisting them to develop their businesses whilst ensuring consistently high operational standards.
This role will be field based.
Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Qualifications/Experience
Strong financial awareness with the ability to understand and influence key costs and margins.
Personal Characteristics
Excellent communication and influencing skills to build cross functional relationships.
A high level of commercial acumen.
Strong planning & organizational skills
Full clean driving license.
